I am a founding member of the intellectual property law firm Fraser Clemens Martin & Miller LLC located in Perrysburg, Ohio which is just outside of Toledo and about an hour south of Detroit.
I am an attorney admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Our firm represents a wide range of clients in a variety of intellectual property related matters, including prosecution of domestic and foreign patent matters, trademarks, copyrights, internet and web site related matters, and technology law. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Toledo College of Law.
